Here's how it works:
As your chef, I will work together with you to figure out what works best for you. Since this looks a little different for every client, here's a general overview with what you can expect:
- We'll start with a complimentary phone chat to see if we're a good fit
- We'll discuss your food preferences, dietary restrictions, service logistics, and any questions or special requests you may have
- I'll send menu ideas and options for you to review–based on our discussion
- We'll connect on a call or over email to finalize the menu and logistics
- I'll take care of the food, service and any other details we agree upon so you don't have to worry about a thing
- Pricing includes food cost, time and labor, and potential additional fees depending on your plans (for example if rental equipment is needed)
I've provided some sample menus below, but again, this varies per client based on personal preferences and type of dinner/event. I aim to be as flexible as possible, so don't hesitate to ask me anything!
