About the Chef
My formal training comes from a small town in South Italy where I learned the essence of regional Italian cuisine along with a few linguistic skills. I’ve been professionally cooking for half my life and most of that time has been spent in fine-dining restaurants and high-end catering. Between tremendously long hours in the kitchen, learning local cuisine around the globe, and a curious nature for all things edible — my passion is to explore the essence of what makes eating so exciting for myself and others. I love to eat well, talk about food, and share my experiential knowledge with anyone interested in self-nourishment and the art of enjoying it.
My Philosophy
I’m a huge advocate for organic and sustainable farming practices and believe that our final product can only be as good as the sum of its components. That's why I go the extra mile to use local and sustainable ingredients when possible.
Food has become one of the greatest passions of my life, and I truly look forward to inspiring your next culinary-based experience whether it be a delivered meal, in-home dining experience, or teaching you how to cook your favorite food.
